The offline promise
Most shop apps need a signal, a login and a subscription. Stokancil needs none of them.
Stokancil does not declare Android's INTERNET permission.
That is not a setting you have to find, or a promise you have to take on trust. Android enforces it at the operating-system level: an app without that permission cannot open a network connection at all. Your prices, your takings and your customers' purchases stay in the shop.
What it does

Ringing up a sale, knowing what's on the shelf, and handing over a printed receipt. No modules to buy, no features held back.
Sell in a few taps
Build a sale line by line, apply a discount, set the tax and record how the customer paid. The total is ready before they've found their wallet.
Stock that stays honest
Items with categories, descriptions, prices, quantities and SKUs. Every sale takes stock down; every delivery puts it back up.
Scan instead of typing
Point the camera at a barcode or QR code to pull up an item. Frames are decoded on the device as they arrive — nothing is photographed, stored or sent.
Print real receipts
Send receipts and shelf labels straight to a thermal printer you've paired over Bluetooth, or one plugged in over USB.
Your shop on the receipt
Put your shop's name, address, contact line, footer text and logo on every receipt — or hand it over as a PDF instead of paper.
Stocktake and corrections
Count the shelves, correct what doesn't match and leave a note saying why. Adjustments are recorded, not quietly overwritten.
Backups you control
Write a full backup, or a CSV of your stock, to wherever you choose — the phone, an SD card, a cloud folder. It's your file, in your hands.

Open for business in an afternoon

- Put your shop and stock inEnter your shop details for the receipt, then add your items — by hand, or by scanning the barcodes already on them.
- Pair a printer, if you want onePair a thermal printer in Android's Bluetooth settings or plug one in over USB, then pick it in Stokancil. Skip this and share receipts as PDFs instead.
- Start sellingRing up your first sale. Take a backup at the end of the day and keep it somewhere safe.

Frequently asked
Do I need an internet connection?
No — and you couldn't give it one if you tried. Stokancil has no INTERNET permission, so every feature works with the phone in airplane mode.
Is there an account or a subscription?
Neither. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to log into and no server behind the app.
Which printers work with it?
Thermal printers you have already paired in Android's own Bluetooth settings, and printers attached over USB. Stokancil never scans for nearby devices — it only lists what you have already paired yourself.
What happens to my data if I change phones?
Take a backup from the app's settings and restore it on the new phone. Android's own automatic backup may also carry the data across, if you have that turned on for your device.
Can I get my data out of the app?
Yes. Export your stock as a CSV file, or take a full backup. Both write a file to a location you pick, and the file is yours.
How do I delete everything?
Uninstall the app, or clear its storage from Android's app settings. Either one removes the database permanently. Backup files you made yourself are yours to delete separately.
Your shop's data belongs in your shop
Stokancil keeps it there. Install it once and it works — on the counter, in the storeroom, with or without a signal.
