Is it fair?

Yes — winners are drawn with the browser's cryptographically secure random generator (the same one used for encryption keys), with rejection sampling so every entry has exactly the same chance. Duplicate lines count as extra chances unless you tick "ignore duplicates". Drawing several winners at once never picks the same line twice.

Everything happens in your browser — no server, no upload, no tracking. Your list is remembered only on this device; the draw history disappears when you close the page.
